That’s a Wrap (Party)
Am I the only one who feels like time is flying by? I cannot believe we are almost into March, and I haven’t been able to make this post!
I had the opportunity last month to invite all of my guests from Season 1 out for a night of celebration. I wanted to thank each of them for their time, expertise, and commitment.

You may recall Andrea Honan who was featured on the first-ever episode of On What Brings You In, where we discussed mental health in the workplace. How fitting, I thought to myself, to have this celebration and wrap party at the same place which inspired so much of Andrea’s journey.

Even though this podcast does cover some pretty heavy topics, I have realized there is definitely a comradery among everyone I bring on the show.
We all want to make a difference, and by telling our stories and sharing our insights, we hope to help as many people as we can.
I am joined by Christina Baker and Tyler Hall, the people who make this show come together during their daily operations at The Co-Lab Studios in Clearwater, Florida.
Though not all of my guests were able to make it, they were definitely there in spirit!

The first season has brought so much joy to my life and I am completely humbled to be surrounded by so much positivity and radiance. Because of listeners like you, this platform is becoming stronger and our message is being heard. Watch out mental health stigma, we have quite the crew coming after you!

Because it has been a few months since wrapping the first season, we have been able to sit back and analyze our data and I couldn’t be more proud! We are gaining new listeners each day, more downloads, and we even have international listeners in Ireland and the UK!
